I am lynn geurkink, born and raised in the netherlands. came from a normal family, creativity was not a central point in it, i felt an outstander in this part. But i always could explore my creativity.
From 2008 till 2012 i studied art and design, after finishing that i did another year interior architecture, and passed with a 7.
As a young adult i tried to fit into the system, and tried "normal". Failed and fell into a despression. But never stopped with drawing and rewoke my ambition with it. In 2019 i bought a linocut set, and a new ambition begon.
In 2021 we moved to sweden, and now with my atelje rotabo finding my way here.
My foremost job
My foremost job is being a mother to my beautiful 3 kids. Being a mom is beautiful but at the same time it comes with challenges. In 2021 we came to sweden not only for ourself but we had our children most in mind, to gave them a more in nature childhood. With this technology world were live in, it feels sometimes really hard to give them a more free minded experience. Our third child is born here in zweden.
